Husband catches Thai politician having affair with 24-yr-old son who’s a monk

Sukhothai: A 45-year-old Thai politician named Prapaporn Choeiwadkoh found herself in deep trouble after her husband caught her red-handed, having an affair with their 24-year-old adopted son – who is reportedly also a monk.

According to a report by the South China Morning Post (SCMP), 45-year-old Choeiwadkoh was discovered by her husband Ti in a compromising situation with 24-year-old Phra Maha. Reports have said that Ti drove for five hours and then found her having an affair with their adopted son.

This happened when Ti got suspicious of the duo’s possible affair. Last year, the couple had adopted Phra Maha from a temple out of ‘compassion’. According to media reports, Ti even recorded a video of the two, and it quickly went viral on social media.

In the video, Choeiwadkoh’s husband asked the duo if they were happy. The politician started defending herself, saying that they had not gotten physically intimate and were just “chatting”. Even Phra said, “nothing happened”.

The news spread like wildfire on social media, with several people saying that this incident looks to them like the script of a fictional show and they find it hard to believe that something like this could happen in real life.

Choeiwadkoh, a prominent figure in Sukhothai, a central province of Thailand, enjoys popularity as a politician in the country. She presently holds the position of president within a local chamber of commerce and has been affiliated with the Democrat Party since March of the previous year. However, her political career has been temporarily halted as the party has opted to suspend her pending an investigation into the scandal.
